Are Donations Tax Deductible?
Hope For Appalachia is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized under the laws of the State of West Virginia. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. All donations, gifts and in-kind contributions are receipted for tax purposes.

Transitional Living Program
Are there requirements to be a resident?
Prospective residents must be drug free for at least 30 days before admission and go through a formal application process.

Term limits for board members are three years.
Do you have standing committees?
There are no standing committees at this time.
What is the fundraising responsibility of the board
The board of directors has the responsibility to participate in fundraising events and individually look for sponsorships, partnerships and individual donors who are excited about the mission and vision of Hope For Appalachia.
Do members financially support Hope For Appalachia?
Yes. Five board members are current financial supporters of Hope For Appalachia.

Board meetings are held every other month.
